The Ledges offers apartment amenities and community amenities for all residents to enjoy!

 

Our apartment amenities include: full-size in-unit washer and dryer, central air/heating, spacious balconies and floor plans and our Simply Modern Collection includes stainless steel appliances! Some of the community amenities include: Resort style salt-water swimming pool, two fitness centers, electric vehicle charging stations, monthly resident events, and more!

Yes! We love our pets here at The Ledges. We do allow cats and dogs with common breed/weight restrictions. We’ve even got a dog park in our community! To learn more about our pet policies, one of our leasing agents will be happy to answer any questions!

Yes! The Ledges offers several online services such as paying rent and submitting 24/7 maintenance requests. Residents can access their resident portal through our website or visiting Login to The Ledges Apartment Homes Resident Services | The Ledges Apartment Homes (securecafe.com)

The Ledges has partnered with Xfinity Comcast to create a Bulk Internet Program for our residents! Your Xfinity modem is already installed in the apartment and ready for activation upon move-in! This amenity will streamline your move-in process. Please contact the leasing office if you have any questions!

Our maintenance team at The Ledges responds to any urgent requests 24/7! We have an on-call team member for any emergencies outside of normal business hours.

Most of the amenities at The Ledges are open 24 hours! The amenities in the clubhouse are key fob accessible after business hours. This includes both of our fitness centers! The swimming pool is open seasonally and the outdoor Pavilion with gas grills and gas fireplace are both open year round.
